I finally reached something in "Glass Houses" I've been working toward for a long time. Also, GH is now over 940,000 words (according to Archive of Our Own). It's only the 6th longest fic on AO3 though.

I'm getting a visceral pleasure from finally getting to things in "Glass Houses" that I first teased in it years ago.

Meanwhile, I could see Fenris wearing these two shirts: "Fail" and "Insomnia" (pretend that "Insomnia" has an option for guy shirts). It's sheer coincidence that they're both about the same shade of green.

Working on "Glass Houses," it strikes me that Crawford and Schuldig each have an egocentric reaction to their clones, though different ones. Crawford is all "There can be only one! ME," while Schuldig sees his clones as part of him.

I've seen this around:

I was thinking you should tell me about stories you think I should write. I mean, if you could sit me down for a day or whatever and say, "V, I want you to write this story for me," what would that story be?

I'm not actually promising to *write* any of these, mind you, but it's fun anyway. And who knows if I'll be inspired!
